1. Who We Are

Delvir Limited Liability Company (“CreditIQ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website at creditmoney.app(the “Service”). We help consumers identify potential inaccuracies in their credit reports and exercise their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Credit report PDFs — You upload PDF copies of your Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion credit reports. These files are processed to identify discrepancies between bureaus and are stored securely with your account so you can revisit your analysis and generate dispute letters over time.
Google account information — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store only your email address in our database to link your analysis results to your account.
Contact information (optional) — If you choose to connect with an attorney referral, you provide your name, phone number, and email address.
Payment information — Payment is processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. We receive only a transaction confirmation and your payment status from Stripe.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data — Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
Session information — Authentication tokens used to keep you logged in, stored as secure HTTP-only cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Analyze your credit reports and identify discrepancies
Generate FCRA-compliant dispute letters specific to your situation
Link your analysis results to your account so you can access them later
Process payments for the full report unlock ($14.95)
Facilitate attorney referrals if you request one
Respond to your support requests
Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
Comply with applicable laws and legal process

We do not use your credit report data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers — We use Anthropic PBC to process credit report documents (analysis only; your data is not used to train Anthropic models per our enterprise agreement), Vercel Inc. to host the Service, Neon Inc. for database hosting, Stripe Inc. for payment processing, and Resend Inc. for transactional email. Each provider is contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us.
Attorney referrals — If you voluntarily submit an attorney referral request, your name, phone number, email, and case summary are shared with consumer advocate attorneys for the sole purpose of evaluating your FCRA claim.
Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Delvir Limited Liability Company, our users, or the public.
Business transfers — If Delvir Limited Liability Company is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email and/or prominent notice on the Service before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Credit report PDFs, analysis results, and dispute letters — Retained securely for as long as your account is active so you can revisit your analysis, track disputes, and generate letters over time. You may request deletion at any time.
Payment records — Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
Server logs — Retained for up to 90 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for data at rest, secure HTTP-only authentication cookies, and access controls limiting employee access to user data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data (except records we are legally required to retain).
Portability — Request a machine-readable copy of your data.
Opt-out — We do not send marketing emails. Transactional emails related to your account cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

To exercise any of these rights, email team@delvir.co from the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., annualcreditreport.com, consumerfinance.gov). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
